Shane specializes in home sale exclusively on the west side of Colorado Springs.  He has a proven sales history in the area since licensed in 1996 and continues to be a leader in residential real-estate in the area.  This has created an enormous buyer pool for west side homes, many selling in an average of 45 days on the market.  Flexible service rates with a complete marketing program are available.  From a 1% to 5% complete real-estate fee with a 14 month home warranty.  Marketing involves multiple listing service MLS, which gets your home on all .coms for selling a home (i.e. gazette.com, realtor.com, homesforsell.com and other IDX sites) and also this website.  Signage flyers mailings of over 300 a month in surrounding areas with all digital pictures and an exclusive ad campaign.  Also providing open houses networking with all realtors working together with a pool of buyers looking for homes just in this area. 

Kimberle Spraggins

Kimberle is a licensed Colorado broker who has been quick to learn the sales business. She is a natural born salesperson and will soon be one of the top brokers in our area. She also had a record sales year in 2004.

In addition to her sales ability, Kimberle has a unique gift when it comes to preparing sales flyers, brochures, and other sales presentation items. She will be working full time, creating and bringing to life the presentation items we will use to get prospective buyers’ attention. When this is complete, she will go full time, along with the other brokers, on selling your complexes.
